2. I L.O.V.E to bake... L.O.V.E to bake. I have even been known to borrow 'The Best Sister in The World's' and maybe keep it for well over a month!KitchenAid
3. An amazing SLR camera that is compact enough to carry most places so I never miss a moment with my gorgeous boys and so I stop borrowing mum's!!!!

Happy New Year!!!
Last night we celebrated the birth of a new year and oh boy what a new year it will be. Something inside is telling me that 2012 is going to be a big 'setting up', 'putting things into pace' kind of year. I am excited to watch my two gorgeous boys grow and for my Love and I to start really getting some balls rolling. A little cryptic I know, but 2012 is a NEW YEAR and one that I am embracing with massively open arms!
This year I thought I would briefly jot down a few of my goals for the year. I want to put them out there so I can look back on them and remind myself of where I am going.
1. Financial Freedom- start to embrace and put in motion some financial goals to set our family up for the future.
2. Embrace a more holistic eating plan- try to get back to eating as close to the source as possible as often as possible. (This will also be passed on to the boys... ha! Let's see how that goes!!!)
3. Exercise more- netball:-)
4. Spend some more time on me and not feel guilt about it- gym, pilates, read, blog, paint/craft.
5. Create some major memories and record them for my little cherubs- Jet will start soccer this year, Brodie is growing at rapid speed.. I NEED TO CAPTURE THIS!
6. Embrace and rock the big 30!!!

Wishing for...
One thing that I am crazy about during the hotter months is a pair of relaxed, easy, cool, yet amazing pants. Ones that you can simply throw on after a day at the beach with the cherubs and team with some jewels and a singlet for a relaxed yet chic holiday look. I am wishing for any of these.... maybe Santa will hear me!

One Very Special Xmas 2011
These days we don't get together that often , with all of us being spread between Brisbane , Mt Tamborine, the Gold Coast and now Tweed... and with our busy day to day lives ... jobs, partners, husbands, kids... time just goes by way to quickly between our catch ups. However, today the five of us and all our partners got together for the first time in a very long time and it was awesome. We have had two weddings (one very special one to come also), two children plus one more on the way, three moves abroad, and a whole lot a loves, laughs and tears over the last 15years and today just confirmed the fact that we still really are fantastic and close friends. I could not imagine my life without these gorgeous girls!

It stayed this clean for 3 hours until I picked the kids up from daycare when I was on school holidays. I sat, had a coke zero, looked at it and took it all in... LOVE IT!
We are in the process of finding some new bar stool and am finding it a little bit challenging. I would love any suggestions!
